Step 5 of 5

Follow Reach on LinkedIn

Follow the official Reach company page — linkedin.com/company/reachplatform — and turn on notifications so you don't miss launches, partner news, or thought leadership worth amplifying.

Part 2

LinkedIn Etiquette

You don't need to be a writer or analyst to share Reach's story. Here's how to do it right.

What We're Building

Reach isn't just a telecom platform — it's a launchpad for brands that want to own their connectivity stack.

Turnkey Solutions

Launch mobile, FWA, or broadband — fast, branded, and fully managed. White-labeled or automated, live in under 30 days. For creators, ISPs, brands, and affinity groups.

Modular Solutions

Stack what you need, skip what you don't. CLM, CRM, billing, plan management, order fulfilment — easy to integrate or run standalone.

API-First and AI-Powered Connectivity

Legacy tech can't keep up. Cloud-native, modular, API-first. Flexible dev-friendly APIs, sandbox to production quickly, multi-carrier with no lock-in, automation and AI at every layer.

Two Ways to Share

Option 1 — Write Your Own Post

Great when you contributed to something exciting, have thoughts on an industry shift, or want to spotlight a moment from your role.

Tips for a great post

Keep it human — like you're explaining it to a smart friend. Add value: insight, emotion, or a quick reflection. Tag @ReachPlatform and teammates if relevant. Always include approved hashtags.

Just watched a creator launch their own mobile network using Reach ECHO — no code, no carriers, just brand power. This is why I joined.

Telecom tools don't need to feel like telecom. Just shipped a better onboarding flow for our partners at Reach — no forms, no delays, just simplicity.

One of our partners just launched their own mobile brand using Reach ECHO — no engineering required. Full brand control, live in days.

Option 2 — Repost with Comment

Perfect when you see a company update you love and want to amplify quickly. Even 1–2 lines go a long way.

Big moves from the Reach team. Really excited to see how ECHO is changing things for creators and affinity brands.

What's Safe to Share vs. What to Avoid

Safe to share
  • Platform updates and product news that are publicly announced
  • Team milestones and wins
  • Thought leadership on telecom, creator infra, FWA, embedded services
  • Official ReachPlatform.com blogs, case studies, and videos
  • Partner stories, once publicly announced
Avoid
  • Screenshots of internal tools, dashboards, or workspaces
  • Anything under NDA or not yet announced
  • Financials or performance data not yet public
  • Speculative claims or competitor commentary
  • Content that speaks for Reach instead of from your experience

Tone & Voice

Voice is constant — it's who we are. Tone flexes by context.

Do
  • Be thoughtful, clear, and partner-first
  • Show pride in the work and insight into the why
  • Keep it concise — your network will thank you
  • Lead with outcomes, not features
Don't
  • Use jargon, superlatives, or anything boastful
  • Try to sound corporate — just be real
  • Lead with tech stack instead of outcomes
  • Say: seamless, robust, best-in-class, synergy, cutting-edge
Words we never use: seamless  ·  robust  ·  best-in-class  ·  cutting-edge  ·  world-class  ·  synergy  ·  holistic solution  ·  excited to announce  ·  leverage (as a verb)

The Reach Core Four

Let these four principles guide your tone on LinkedIn too.

01Raise the Bar— We only ship things we're proud of.
02Strive for Simplicity— If it can be simpler, it should be.
03Build Meaningful Partnerships— Spirit of the contract, not just the letter.
04Collaborate to Innovate— Non-telco thinking applied to every problem.

Approved Hashtags

Always tag @ReachPlatform when sharing. Use these approved hashtags:

Responding to Questions About Reach

Keep these ready for when someone asks about Reach — in DMs, comments, or at events.

Q: "How does Reach work?"

We're a telecom-as-a-service platform that helps brands launch mobile, broadband, and FWA services without owning infrastructure or needing telco expertise. We've partnered with major carriers and handle provisioning, billing, support, activations, and fulfilment — all through branded or API-first deployments.

Q: "Who uses Reach?"

Creators, fintechs, ISPs, flanker brands, and businesses exploring embedded connectivity. Some launch mobile services from scratch. Others bundle broadband or use our APIs to integrate telecom into their stack.

Q: "Do you own the network?"

No — we're not a network infrastructure company. We partner with carriers and focus on the experience layer: provisioning, billing, onboarding, support, and more.

Q: "Do you need telecom experience to work with Reach?"

Not at all. We've built the platform so you don't have to deal with any telco setup. Just bring your brand and your customers — we handle the rest.

Q: "How are you different from [competitor]?"

We focus on brand-first, non-telco teams. With us, anyone can launch fast with no infrastructure baggage — years to weeks, not the other way around.

Q: "What's your tech stack?"

We don't share internal architecture publicly, but the platform is cloud-native, modular, and API-first. Our dev portal has full documentation and tools for partners.
